Not long ago I have found cachyos, it is so much faster and responsive than other distros due to its BORE scheduler even on a powerful gaming laptop, it is based on arch Linux, works out of the box with Nvidia if needed, not at all bloated, just with the basics, I personally like it a lot.

I also love Skyrim and fallout 3 they are some of the best games even today but I didn't finished them yet.
I just finished cyberpunk after 170 hours and It was so good that i am starting it again from scratch.
@perishthethought it is all slackware or Debian, it always has been...
