You gotta make 100-150k to live comfortably (not luxuriously) in most major cities... Has not much to do with not being "wired to save", agreed

Amazon has the razer blade 15(2022) for about $2k, marked down from about $4k. Has a 3080ti

I'm not going to argue conjecture. I have over $10,000 in audio equipment and like I already said I play many instruments, so you're not even picking someone good to make generalizations about. Bluetooth codecs are always going to be subpar, but they're probably how most people listen to streaming services most of the time. Anything that is streaming from a PC except Bluetooth is a notable difference.

I just checked the headphones I'm wearing again, they're actually using aptx lossless with a bitrate of 1200kbps. The point is that Deezer offers the same services for less money and higher quality audio streaming.

Apparently, when Spotify does roll out hifi, it will probably be a higher paid tier. Until then, for me, Deezer is the far superior service.

Not really. It's noticeable over Bluetooth as well, if your device supports codecs with a high enough bitrate. Obviously Bluetooth is still lossy, but listening experience is way better. The headphones I'm wearing now use aptxHD, with a bitrate of 576kbps. Spotify only offers AAC, with a bitrate of 256kbps.

As far as who can appreciate the difference, I guess? But you don't need to be a concert pianist to appreciate audio. That said, I play many instruments, so maybe I'm biased.

I transferred about 10,000 songs and about 30 weren't found

I recently switched from Spotify to Deezer. They offer high fidelity audio streaming which is a very noticable difference. Also, they're a bit cheaper, and you can easily move all your songs/saved playlists to Deezer

Simple math, gotta cancel out the negative with your own negative and then affirm the positive

Honestly, I used to use self deprecating humor a lot, but it does eat away at your own self esteem if your repeat it enough and it can make others feel inadequate as well. One of the qualities I've admired the most in others and that I try to emulate is unapologetically taking responsibility for mistakes or shortcomings. "Wow, I should have caught that. That was silly of me, I'll do better" is a lot better than something like "now I see why I had to ride the short bus" or "I'm such an idiot" .... At the end of the day, no one is perfect, and we shouldn't hold ourselves or others to unachievable standards. We should just always strive to do better.

That's one of the reasons why companies will put on a PIP(performance improvement plan) if they want to fire you. They try to get you to sign something saying you understand and acknowledge that your performance needs to improve. They need to have some sort of paper trail in order for them to be able to deny the unemployment claim. A company can't just say "oh yeah that guy sucked" unless there was a substantial, documented issue like you getting into a physical confrontation with someone

"yeah your study supports your idea but not as much as you think"

Great analysis there, you really opened up my mind

So you're just babbling on then? You asked me to source my argument and argued it was incorrect while insinuating I'm an incel, yet you provide no source of your own other than your opinion. This is why I don't reply half of the time. You effectively wasted my time. Please don't argue someone else's claims unless you're prepared to offer more than your opinion.

So your argument is based on opinion yeah?
