There is also no reason to go through the verification process on LinkedIn. It doesn't gain you anything and no one actually cares about that banner or check or whatever they want to do. It doesn't help in any way. It's just giving them even more info than they already have, which is why I decoded against doing it on my account.

3 days I think. For a PS3 at launch
I use the discover feature on Jellyseer. It makes my life so much easier to see what's out there now.
I use backblaze on my synology. I backup photos automatically to it with their built in app on my phone, then every night I run encryped backups. I also could setup an encrypted backup to go to my parent's synology.
My backup is about 900gb and costs <$5/mo. That is my music, pictures, movies, and TV shows. Obviously that will increase, but well worth the nominal coat to have that much backup encrypted and in the cloud.
I had a heat pump and you could barely hear it outside. I had to be within 10ft to hear it running. It could be an age thing too. Mine was installed within the past 3 years, so that probably helps too.
Honestly, the closest I have found is https://github.com/baggachipz/tinylist It looks like keep, can share and edit files with other people, which is something a lot of things are lacking and I use it extensively for that. Also, I don’t like the recommendations of using MD apps/files for a simple checklist/random notes app. That’s way too much for something this simple and I use Obsidian as well. But they serve much different purposes.
It allows you to host your own database for it, and there is a guide on it.

I'm running synapse just fine on an old ThinkPad. Doesn't seem to be terrible on resources. I also have my lemmy instance on the same laptop and don't have any issues with resources.
Openboard is dead and hasn't been developed in years. If you want an updated version of that, go with Heliboard. Futo also has voice to text capabilities. I currently have heliboard and futo both installed, buy may just switch to futo.
