I could have been in the same motion that most men have a lot of experience in making, just with a different "tool".
I do support the idea of reform. I just don't understand how this meshes with imposed sentences. It would make more sense to me for it to be "okay you're in jail until you're reformed" if that's the goal. Even if you want to impose a minimum sentence for reasons (perceived justice, punitive, deterrence) then you could say 7 years minimum, maximum forever unless considered "reformed". Rather than saying 13 years but we really mean 7 lol.
I do see though that it could be a problem with my naive idea here in that is it really morally right to keep someone locked up indefinitely for a possibly "minor" crime? The reformation process and qualifications would have to be quite robust.
Anyway, just an idea. I'm sure smarter people that me know why it is the way that it is. Feel free to comment if you have more insight.

Yes this is a big deal. Some important apps are missing. While I'm not in an area that has ESPN I have noticed the lack of CrunchyRoll.
-
I can't even get cast support because my TV has MiraCast and AirPlay but my fucking Pixel doesn't support either, only ChromeCast.

I used to have a pi-hole setup working properly with the TV, i.e., blocking tracking but keeping functionality.
Real issues and definitely not perfect but when I've used other TVs it's the every action that is unbearable for me. Using a TV without a magic remote just seems obsolete and especially on the Android based TVs there's sooo much lag.
I wish I could do this but I don't have a Windows OS. I wish it had ChromeCast built in because fucking Pixel doesn't even support MiraCast!
It would have been a well-advised idea had it been done when it actually mattered. I'm no economic expert but wouldn't drastically swinging the other way also lead to inflation? For example (made up numbers) if $10,000 is the same as $1 a year ago (low interest rate) and now that $10,000 accrues 80% interest, that would just cause even further inflation?
Now that you mention it I'm surprised no app has this feature!
It's strange because I've never had an issue with the app order changing. It's consistently worked for me since I bought the TV. It's an older C8 but still works perfectly well.
My personal experience has been the opposite. I have a C8 so maybe the software is different but I've found the settings to be decent, the remote to be far and away the best (magic remote) as you can use it like a mouse. Especially when you have to input something, rather than furiously mashing directional buttons to navigate the keyboard you just point and click. All the apps I use work great. The UI is responsive especially compared to the typical TV that runs Android which just feels like a massive lagfest. The software store does suck! Luckily I rarely use it after the initial setup. You can put apps in whatever order you want and quickly switch between them.
I'm glad it worked for you!
See my other comment regarding PiP mode (picture in picture). Another user reported that this might be a solution.
It's incredibly complex to accurately predict what will happen and this is entirely plausible. I can also imagine there being people who have (example) $10,000, wait a year for it to be $18,000, and spend the $8,000 as "free money". Rather than saving it which won't put you ahead of others as they also benefit from the 80% interest (perhaps more so). I'm guessing that's why there's the caveat of even capital distribution which hasn't happened anywhere in the history of life on Earth at any point in time presumably.
