I love reading about these tiny publishers and indie labels, where the focus gets put back on the artists’s work rather than being hyper-focussed on profits. Super admirable 🙌

I feel this. That said, parents should all aspire to be Bluey’s dad, I know I do (even though I consistently fall short, I keep trying!).

Depending on your profession, generally YES.

That’s about as valid as “guns don’t kill people, people do”.

Haha I like your disclaimer, as it was indeed very inviting to reply with a “still a swamp” :)

What are some records that you feel are ‘essential’ to your collection (and you would replace if broken/worn out), that you would recommend to others without a second thought?

Are you overemployed (ie. two or more fulltime jobs), toying with the concept, or simply enjoy others’ OE experiences (and “stickin’ it to the corporate man”)?

Loved this community on Reddit, so would love to get this community going and hear about your experiences!

When there’s an option between regular black and any color variant, what do you go for?

I know the consensus is that black usually has a higher fidelity (and is less imperfection-prone?), but I suppose ‘high fidelity’ doesn’t really come into play with NOFX records anyway 😅
