Just happened across this community, figured I'd relay that 18650s are popular for vapes as mentioned as well as flashlights, and can be found in laptops with user replaceable batteries.

To remain 3 dimensional when the glasses go back on.

Eichmann worked for Mercedes in a plant in Buenos Aires.

Rauff lived under his own name in Chile.

Stangl went to Brazil.

South America was an incredibly common destination for Nazis. Yes, so was the US - typically mid-level or so Nazis with connections that would spy for years before being allowed into the US, a reward for service as it were.

But South America was popular for Nazis who fled, the US was popular with Nazis who surrendered and got put to work.

Not that I agree with the decision but that's not the same thing.

If I was talking about every single kind of knee surgery, I would have said so.

...

The best knee-surgery meme is knee-surgery itself.

i.e. knee-surgery is fun, but it is not usefull.

Cool story bro. Bye.

You realize the two in there alongside are... Removing damaged cartilage/bone and cleaning. These are not the only two knee surgeries that exist, by any stretch.

Please don't spread medical misinformation, it's not helpful.

Had to find the cable to charge it, so it only got power last night. So on the list for after work today.

Well no WiiU here, but I've got an N3DS upstairs somewhere. Maybe a regular 3DS too if I ever got it back.

Will do what I can later today!

Wasn't my rack, thankfully, so it was someone else's problem.

But anyway even internal you're just leaning on when the thumb drive will fail vs an SSD and the onboard controller. So give me that SSD and HA any day of the week, but that's my comfort level. I even do it at home with my proxmox clusters.

[–] realbadat 1 points 8 months ago (2 children)

So just... Waiting for failure then? ;)

As for me, give me an HA cluster and I don't care if I need to reinstall. I don't need to worry about an additional point of failure (USB drive) that is almost always going to fail before any of the other hardware.

It's part of why absolutely nothing important ever runs on a raspberry Pi for me though, SD cards are no better.

Now as for my favorite example of why I don't do it in production? Someone doing a bit of minor maintenance in the rack, accidentally pressed against a box running esxi off USB (on a gen 6 HP for rough timeline), broke the drive.

The backup? Well, it had corrupted, and wouldn't boot.

Yours cannot possibly exist, and you aren't allowing for any opinion other than your own.

So yes, if you want to assume there was some benevolent god, and the collective opinion of folks on heaven/hell would change.

But as that God cannot possibly exist, and has no basis in reality in so many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many... Many ways. Many.

So we are going off of the various religions and religious figures that do exist - and boy oh boy what hot garbage that God is! Including the one depicted by every Abrahamic religion. Which is why I keep saying your premise is broken, because the god depicted by Abrahamic religion is the garbage creature we do not want to be associated with.

It's a logical fallacy to start with.
