Unique passwords are just one facet on a multi-layered security defense.
Unless you're savvy enough to redirect port 53 to your local DNS at the router level, block port 853, and block all DoH providers.
And not allow VPNs on your end devices.
I use hinoki cutting boards. They're affordable and really soft. They also have antimicrobial properties.
I just buy a pixel 1 for 50 bucks. Then I use that to upload my current photos. Works flawlessly

Adguard, everything is built into the UI. Although custom rules for certain clients are a little hard in Adguard.
Now I have a dual system.
Adguard is a secondary and DoH as my primary. That way I have DNS services regardless of if the internet is up or down.
It's pretty much a dedicated constellation and a SLA.
But ultimately it's just transport in the end.
