This would be revolutionary and I'm not just talking about headphones, think about situations like having a snoring partner or a construction site nearby. I can imagine how a business like "earplugs with ionised noise cancellation" emerges and becomes very successful.

It's a pity Almalinux was my go-to distro for VMs and whatnot. However, I was recently compelled to use Debian for a provisioning done with Ansible. It was a positive experience, of course one has to deal with the joy of Debian's versions and packages discrepancies, but hey-ho we crack on. Also, I've been hearing good things about Suse, does anyone care to share a story?
It's 2 years where I live, with an option of a third, but with reduced pay. Just FYI. Demand more from your politicians.
Edit: Just checked, actually less than 2 years at full pay, 65 weeks but still...
If it's only for one weekend, don't bother with private trackers, try this tracker instead. On the other hand, if you want to download stuff regularly, there is a specialized tracker called RFE.
Amazing, I paid for Pro, was very bummed out that I won't be able to use such a good app, which Sync is. I reckon this will speed up adoption of lemmy.
I guess laziness and habit will lead to passiveness and desire to stick with the safety of "proven solutions". The decisions of the mods would not matter if the normal users started leaving en mass. Sadly this would not happen, or maybe it's a blessing in disguise, lemmy and kbin are much more reminiscent of the old Internet for me, which is something that I have missed.
The important thing is that we are here, I really hope everyone of us will do their best to make of the fediverse something better, compated to the platforms of the big, greedy corporations.
Aren't you supposed to have aim assist on consoles? I personally don't play shooters that much, if I do it's exclusively single player games and they seem to be a more chill experience. You can take your time to get accustomed to the game and it's controls.
The new generation of Internet users simply does not search. Watch this exasperating behaviour grow exponentially with all the AI bots, GPT whatnots and LLM shenanigans.
