dafür bräuchte es ein vermögensregister, um nachzuschauen. das wird es aber nur für die erhebung der vermögenssteuer geben.
ansonsten sind sich apologeten und kritiker des kapitalismus schon einig, daß du zum abschöpfen von mehrwert erstmal kapital (eben immos, produktionsanlagen) brauchst. so kenne ich das auch irl.

particularly that it makes it more difficult to find a stable political solution to the underlying conflicts.
