Sort of too late for this

And the EU has forced us to answer that goddamn "do you accept cookies?" question on every frigging website. How many people just click "accept all" to get on with things?
I just occasionally wipe everything. I have to reenter passwords and such but it isn't a big deal.
No certs and degree isn't in CS. I just have lots of experience.
My pathway was basically:
- Got a low tier job as a glorified intern (paid)
- Switched jobs a few times, pay increasing each time. Chose interesting jobs.
- Left a low paying gov job for contract work. Got hired full time by one of my contractors.
- Have stayed at that job. Golden handcuffs.
I don't know why people get into meth and crack in the first place. They've heard all the stories and likely know people messed up badly from it already. "Hmmm, this is the drug for me!"
Both sides do this over their pet subjects
I agree. If the holocaust was unique then there is no need to say "never repeat it!" since it can't be repeated if it is unique. History says otherwise. Like you said though, this isn't some victimization competition but it is exceptional in its scale and industrialization.
Not true. Hitler had little care or understanding of the world outside of continental Europe.
I feel like I'm treading into a minefield here but anyway...
It wasn't unique in its goal but it was unique in its method. It was much more organized and industrialized than other genocides. Most were about bringing a group under control whereas the Holocaust was about eliminating a group.
People are tribal and need group identities
Just legalize it all and have a 2nd category for clean athletes. "Ok, you are in the freakazoid group."
What exactly is it accomplishing? You think anyone is unaware of Gaza at this point? People don't care to be blunt. Pissing people off just makes life a little more miserable for people who have nothing to do with the issue.
Blocking traffic in Israel would make a much bigger difference.
