It probably hasn't changed a whole lot over the years, it's just that the cravings make it sound so much better until you have it again. I'm the same with KFC, I get massive cravings and remember how good it was last time, then when I get it I end up regretting it and being disappointed, then the cycle happens again

Tho that's my personal experience yours could differ

Unihertz tank mini might be what you like, I have the tank 2 and it has all the features... Including a projector, headphone jack, camping lights, ir blaster, battery that lasts 3 days with heavy use and red and blue emergency lights.

I feel like $40 per hour is plenty enough. But income tax sucks when you rent out your house sooo.

What if we put an apartment complex and use the rest as a race track ?

The issue I see with this is the prices of things, if you had to pay some one 40 hours of wages for only 32 hours of work plus having to hire someone to fill that extra hours (if you can even find someone) will mean prices will probably increase.

Don't get me wrong only working 32 hours a week sounds amazing but as someone who works 60 hrs per week and still struggles to pay bills it's not something for me
