Aah okay, thanks. Yeah, I'm on Linux already and only ever view files from a client that only shows media files. I've found some more recommended alternatives and will use them going forward. I was just looking to see if I should delete the stuff I had from tpb but doesn't seem necessary.

Their employer don't need their IP address to be able to dox their location. They likely have their physical address already. IP address locations are self-reported, unreliable and usually onyl point to a city or a wider area.
You shouldn't need to do that if portals are properly installed on your system which typically is just one or two package.
Do you not need DDNS for that?
