ding ding ding, we talk way too much about social media and algorithms but not enough about the fact that this is simply a reaction to men losing privilege and honestly should be expected.

AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH. my girls! my beloved bisexual queens!! a queer mean girl song??? and its so great omg, ah they got me, im excited for the movie, i definitely think is gonna be better then the broadway show its gonna be based off of (horrible heathers knockoff music). god its nice to hear something new from megan, i need her new independent album like, yesterday. god i love women.

i haven't even watched it yet, i just love alex.

"We are a cooperative, and we make decisions as a group. For this, this was the clear path to take for the well-being of the team, which is frankly more important than games"

im so upset yall i just found out

because i grew up listening to taylor swift. i was only allowed to listen to christian music and pre approved music and taylor made the cut. i was never a huge fan till high school came around and i was determined to make friends. i listened to as much popular music as I could, the more popular the songs the more i would need to know them to socialize. knowing stuff about taylor swift was an easy way to have something to talk about with many people, because of how many people had an opinion on her. the first best friend i ever had was a huge swiftie so i suddenly i was being forced to listen to all of her albums and to make taylor swift playlist about fictional characters in the books we wrote. it was fun. one of my friends made it her whole personality and was a true stan. she loved taylor because her songs comforted her after her sexual assault. when taylor sued the guy who assaulted her and won it was like... a win for my friend, when taylor talked about her eating disorder it meant a lot to all of us. they were also hardcore gaylors haha, like they thought she was "already out" fucking wild haha. when folklore came out i was blown away and then she did it again with evermore. mature beautiful songs that made me bawl my eyes out. a little after that i started to be a bigger fan and was on gaylor tic tok lol. the songs were only getting gayer! then i lost my old friend group over a falling out. midnights came out is it suuuuuuucked its her worst album hands down and was such a disappointment. also i went down a rabbit hole learning about all the racist, anti semetic, predatory things and just shitty she has done and it really killed the music for me for a bit. oblivious i should assume all rich white women are racist but the suing the black blogger thing was... fucking disgusting.

so thats where im at i still have many fond memories of her music they remind me of both good and bad times and she has more than a few bops. a while ago i decided to separate the art from the artist and simply pirate everything. but then i saw this comm get made and though how fun! i can chat about taylors music with people who arent gonna defend the racist shit shes done and wont be misogynistic in their critiques and its gaylor friendly (i have a lot of thoughts but i digress) . I dont have friend that like her music anymore (I dont have anymore close white friends haha) sadly hexbear is probably not the place for this.

but this is all mostly to clarify my position for @[email protected] because i was too sleepy to type this all up last night.

mine is evermore (the forgotten one) my favorite song is right where you left me it makes me cry everytime, i have a friendship bracelet with RWYLM on it because i told someone it was my favorite.

sorry for the grammer im high. mine is watamote and princess jelly fish. edit yall never disappoint.

respectfully yall are some of the fiercest bravest people in the world and ive never been to a leftist event without yall, and theres been a lot of seriously antisemitic shit online so i just want to say I love you.

this was a while ago but its still funny. Im looking a a booth handing out some dessert. a kindly middle aged white women offered me a treat

"hi were are an italian womens club, we just get together and discuss honoring famous local italians and preserving Italian culture and food and bringing together well.. Italian women!" she said

"oh cool! thank you!" i try to think of something normal to say instead of gabagool jokes. "im a little italin!" i chirp in between bites of food.

record scratch all three heads snap towards me with an expression I cant place.

" um my great great (maybe another great) grandma is italian".

"really?"

"yeah she was from sicily, she came to america as a kid, i never met her haha, but my mom says thats why i have hairy arms" at this point im rambling because the women look as though i offended them.

"how" the head Italian said "how?" i repeat?

"how ... are you..." she trails off seeing my raised eyebrows

black.. she was gonna ask me how im black

theres a long awkward silence, for context im not dark skined this could not be surprising. after what feels like an eternity she offers me another cookie despite the sign saying please take one. i take my second cookie and leave. i think about her often, did she forget Italians can have kids with non Italians? did i just meet some weird racist Italian club? when i tell you guy it looked like a GUN went off, the way they looked at me, when it was all smiles before. I thought we could laugh about it.
