How do you use it with your obsidian?

My question exactly.

I'm looking forward to this then. I landed on Joey for several years, coming back to it after my 2 year experiment with Apollo when I tried IOS. glad to know that moving back to android gives me an opportunity to try this app.

Hello internet,

So I've been seeing a lot of hype regarding Sync for Lemmy these past months, but I don't know why. What's so special about Sync for Reddit that I should I be looking forward to it for Lemmy? I never actually tried to sync for Reddit while I was on, well Reddit. Looking for some insight.

Aside from that, y'all have a great day.

Mech warrior 4 vegenence was my first entry in series early 2000s. This post makes me want to try out Mech Warrior 2 on the deck. Another point for steam controller. Im currently working my way through some SNES titles I missed. Playing Fall Out 1 is on my list as well and I think the track pads would be plenty usefully in that game.

You use gyro in Valheim? For bows? Gyro controls are my kryptonite, I can get them to work.

Recently got a TV put up and I tried playing escape simulator with an Xbox controller. It was the first time I really wished I owned a steam controller. The maps have a lot of different things and ways to interact with them. I find pads make it easier to rotate objects.

Inscription? That's cool, I would have never thought to use them for a card game.

What games have you been playing on your deck? Recently got Grounded on the sale. Hoping to tweak the trackpad to pull up the radial menu faster. Games a lot of fun with friends, but combat it slower when pulling up the radial menu doesn't go away until you've select something.

I took think circle pads would be an improvement, do you find the pads being raised uncomfortable as well?

I was watching this video the other day and our friend Bob made a comment about the steamdecks trackpads, essentially calling the bad. I want to know what the community thinks.

For me, they are a game changer. They are not the best implemented trackpads I've ever seen but on a handheld it made a world of difference setting up any desktop software like emudeck, and any of the associated emulators. Civ games in my opinion are easier to navigate and I would be hard pressed to try to play any type of RTS game without them. Not to mention that after a year of having the Deck, I just learned how to comfortably type with them. I've bound them to be a radial dial of tools within games and with the desktop mode.

This morning I heard of the Aya Neo Kun, a 75 watt hour x86 handheld with trackpads. Outside the GDP WIN 4 with it's physical keyboard this is the only other x86 handheld I think I could consider using. I believe its physical trackpads would help me navigate the nightmare that is windows 11. I will always prefer a mouse and keyboard but on the go, they've been a handy tool to getting things done.

Love em, hate em, or just don't care about em, I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts.

Howdy, I got some input. My partner and both play on steamdecks.

Saw this in one of the comments below but:

Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time

  • Is a blast and I e of the few games you need another person to play with. The more the merrier.

Heave Ho

  • Solid party fun.

Laura Croft and The Guardian of Light

  • It's a $1.49 during the summer sale. Played this a while back. Phenomenal time.

PS: It says unsupported but I just booted it up and it loaded just fine, just tap the screen or use the track pads to get past the setting screen that loads up. Local co-op works and you can invite a friend.

Pico Park

  • Simple game but get great for groups

Unrailed

  • Recently had an underwater update and it's been a jive to play. Vibrant colors. Voxel art style, everyone gets into a rhythm. Played with 4 people last week. Deck friendly fun.

Nidhogg / Spiderheck /stick fight / Starwhal /duck game

  • Different flavors of the same kind of couch co-op mahem

Plate Up

  • New spin on the restaurant, cooking genre

Shovel Knight

  • GEM!

Splunky 1&2

  • Just tried this game. So far so good.

Ultimate Chicken Fight

  • If you like Battle Block Theatre

Wildermyth

  • Procedurally generated RPG with paper cutout art style. Play this with a couple friends had a good time.

Shift Happens

  • It's a partner platformer

! If you get into Emudeck, Netplay is a thing, so is Parsec, but local play for console games works so well on the Deck!

Trine 2

  • Played it on my nividia shield. It should work on the deck.

Tetris

  • The new versions is a strangely addicting party game.
