I kinda like that you have to scroll past comments to comment yourself. You read, than comment. Kind of like a actual conversation/discussion. It's not just you vs the OP.

Rice cooked with Kaffir lime leafs. Semur made with aubergine, Spicy potatoes with petai beans and eggs in coconut petai bean sauce.

Made with 321 method in my gmg Daniel Boone pellet grill. 3 hours smoking the ribs at 90C, 2 hour packed in foil at 125C and <1 hour at 180C to glaze.

I'm really surprised how easy it was for me to stop going to reddit. I had several daily hours on there with the sync app. I guess I just like a sense of community and honest people trying to provide information or discussion about their favorite hobbies/interests, and I found it here as well.
