Cherokee Purples are a big time fave. Grow them too, but they weren't as productive this year. They also aren't really black but they are a nice shade of purple that tends to "grey" when they get ripe and juicy. By far my favorite tomato for a tomato sandwich.

Way ahead of ya! Have around 100 or so already dried out. Decided to do the fermentation about a month ago and we plan on planting a couple this next year and will probably give away some seedlings to friends.

The tomatoes start green, the tops turn black and then they turn deep red once they are ripe. Kinda wished they stayed black and red, but they are really bitter until they get red.

Yup. Fingers crossed for all my plant babies.

I've had great luck with speakers hitting local pawn shops. I live near an Air Force base and a Navy base and it seems like when those folks get transfered, it happens quick, and they pawn some really great stuff. I scored a set of powered Audio Engine monitors for $150 and an older pair of JBL studio reference monitors for $75. That said, be careful with receivers/amps, especially if they are cheap cheap. Also test each output before you leave the store. Got a little burned on an older Onkyo that only 2 of the 7 outputs worked.. One of the shops here offers a 7 day return for $20 extra and I ALWAYS get it.

Yeah but Octavius had a defective chip attached to his brain. Stone is a defective chip dangling from the asshole of America.

On a trip in Nola and took the kids for a treat at the Cheesecake Factory. 3 sodas and an iced tea was $21. Won't be back for that reason alone. We are being fleeced.

Really gave me a whole new perspective. Thanks for that.

If your city has a hazardous waste disposal location, you can take them there. In my area, it's the same place that i take old paint and stain, batteries, solvents, tube tvs etc. our area has two dumps but only one of them takes hazardous materials, so I would do a little research.
