Tonga is a poor example, I didn't realise it was just the underwater cables, a portable emergency generator could still be useful for other disasters if power is knocked out

That would be kinda cool if it were possible. Next time Tonga gets wiped out by a volcano, send the nearby nuclear ships to get them back online.

Depends on the show and how its written. A really tense show that builds and builds tension across the season is probably better kept short. A show where the episodes don't really carry across any themes can go as long as it likes, the seasons don't matter.

To produce just regular intensity sunlight in a 5km area, you need at least 5km of orbital mirrors. The largest mirrors in space today are on the order of meters.

This is just a scam, its never going to produce viable sunlight or weapons.

Cura used to have a standalone thing that you could use the slice models on the command line, it was used as part of octoprint.

Edit: It was this: https://github.com/Ultimaker/CuraEngine

You may want to investigate using that?

Yup, I mispoke, but essentially yes, they could be DC, but at a significantly higher voltage than 12v DC.

Some appliances use the AC frequency to timekeep as well, but given almost all appliances have microcontrollers now, that hardly matters anymore.

I would have thought DC motors would have worse longevity, given they have a wear surface due to the split ring commutator? Unless they are talking about ESC DC motors?

All the small stuff is low voltage DC, but just about every appliance requires AC (ovens, dishwashers, kettles, toasters, washing machines, aircon). Running an oven on 12v DC would be insane.

Women are you based on it your scheme is valid SMS notifications

Women are available for procreation

Women are getting a lot of behind you want both clients and if it had to the next to do its just got a lot of the stuff was the kernel team

Men are getting Malaysian takeout if it is as to do its main job

Men are you able to do it in a work out that is all the kernel for a third party key to the next generation falls onto the kernel is a good enough light up and if so you should be possible all the kernel

Men are using a way for procreation

(3 each depending on if I used the first, second or third suggestion)

Well, from this I can assume my phone wants everyone to procreate, which is bizarre. Also love kernels.

Concrete is too hot in the sun, melts the tracks. Grass is too ticklish, the tanks get all giggly if left on it.

Carpet is a good middle ground.

"Wasn't" implies it was and has changed. It was, and still is a scam.

I kinda like the keyboard shortcuts for i3/sway, but wish there was some level of mouse integration/polish like gnome. Will try forge, thanks!
