Obligatory "Fuck the Tories" but honestly what do they think this will achieve? It's just some rainbow lanyards and posters that say the services are inclusive. Those posters are already printed. They aren't going in and taking them down. Similarly the staff aren't just going to hand over their rainbow lanyards and say "oh well, time to chuck them on the bonfire"

I get the sense that this is all just a PR move. Tories de-funding the NHS is a tale as old as Thatcher and this type of story probably plays well with their base demographic of "American Idiot" style Brits. They know it's an election year and they know they need to get that TERF vote. Something like this will play well on ~~Twitter~~ X.
