It's misleading to call it photoshopping. It's MSPaint copy & pasting.

Photoshop clone stamp. Because it's the only thing this person knows how to use.

Pretty sure, as @[email protected] said, it's the clone stamp in Photoshop. It can be used well, but this isn't evidence of it.

It's not considered misleading advertising, as long as the decaying cow skeletons have been removed before the final walkthrough. /s

And no, I'm just guessing. Though I did once have a neighbor like that, so I'm worried about being right...
