FSR works on Intel and Nvidia graphics too
How long has FSR been broken? Is it also broken on valves release of proton?
Valve's Proton never included the build-in FSR that GloriousEggroll's Proton builds had. And it's been gone since GE-Proton 8-1.
Does that just allow you to use FSR in games that don’t support FSR on their own?
Yes, it forces full screen FSR 1. This can be a mixed bag since it can also end up hitting things like UI elements that shouldn't have it applied.
Is there any noobs guide to get this on lutris?
I haven't done it myself and only seen the option for it but I think protonUp would work
