I'm sorry you're having a rough time. Issues around where we live can be so stressful, because home is supposed to be safe and predictable. What does your therapist think about your relationship with this friend? Have you discussed it much? Do you have a therapist? Do you and your friend see your relationship together in the same way?
Good luck my friend! I hope you feel good again soon!
Thank u for all the kind words, I'm feeling better today. I talked to them and things worked out. Was definitely manic at the time of writing this. I will have to post here when I'm not feeling bad also, this is a good community
I agree with the other comment. You should find out why they are upset and if there's anything to address. Try to rack your brain for anything done out of the ordinary, or if you forgot something. Try to keep it reasonable. Say it out loud if you have to. Sometimes the spiraling I've done gets neutralized if I verbalize the thought. Helps me hear if something is ridiculous.
Sounds like you were flooded with emotions when you wrote this, and I'm curious if things got any better since you posted? I sincerely hope so. It's never a good idea to make big decisions during emotional moments, so please don't uproot yourself until you are sure that's what you actually want to do.
I'm going to make a guess, it sounds like your friend's behavior is really hurting you and making you feel rejected. Someone else already suggested talking to them, that sounds like it could clear up any misunderstandings.
Whatever you decide to do, I want to wish you best of luck!
