I submitted my application a couple days ago and still can't login. I know there's a "limbo" for denied applications. Perhaps I'm stuck there?

I have this account in lemmy.one instance but Beehaw is definitely more the vibe I want for my home instance and I'd really love to be part of the community. Is there anyway I can find out more information about what's going on with my application?

We're regularly monitoring the queue but there are people we miss and people who don't put enough information in their application for us to be comfortable accepting them.

When there's a fix there will be several thousand denials going out. Please be patient with us, we will keep you updated as things progress.

will you be freeing up the denied usernames? I'm pretty sure I'm in limbo (1am application essay FTL) and I'm very attached to my username. I'd like it to be available again before I try again =)

Yes that's a part of the bug I opened on GitHub about this issue
