I need to see an Arsenal side with 2 or 3 subs at most for Lens. I don't want us to underestimate this french side. They're at home and they know they need to make a point to their fans and critics. Not a good start for them in the french top league, but I'm sure they see a UCL upset as a way to get their groove back.

@coygsu @GunnersBot replied this before but if our B team can’t beat them then there are problems. But i also see the value in winning and having 6 points at this point.
I disagree. I think Lens is not to be underestimated at all but we need every edge we can get against City. If that means risking a loss so be it. Ramsdale, ESR, Nelson, Trossard (given rumours he's fit), Vieira, Jorginho, Kiwior, Tomiyasu are all very solid players and will do fine rotated in. Don't mind Jesus playing though, or Zinny and Saliba.
We should aim to win every game, of course, but this game won't matter if we win some of the other ones, and either way means much less than the City game.
I would rest Saka, Zinny, and Saliba. Nelson starts for Saka, Kiwior for Zinny, and Tomiyasu for Saliba. Sub out Jesus, White, and Rice by halftime or a little after. An early lead would give us time to rotate in a few more players. ESR and Nelson could join the mix later in the game. Dropping points might be detrimental, and Sevilla could regain their form in time to knock us off the top of the table.
I think this may be Jonas's last season if he doesn't win at least a title...and I don't see it happening. We got players, good players...something isn't right.
There also felt like something was up with the players today tbh. Lethargic, and without much chemistry... Eidevall needs to win a trophy at the very least. I'm not sure what the problem is but there clearly is one. And it's not just the injuries.
Tbh I never thought he was a good manager, weird subs, running the team ragged, etc. Like I get that last season was a lot of injuries but we did get in new players...some of whom weren't effective (i.e. Hurtig) or just sat. I'm still bitter about how he handled Nobbs and Iwabuchi. And seriously there are players outside of Sweden, Jonas. It wouldn't hurt to be a bit more diverse.
Hurtig has looked better this season at least. But yeah lol
Omg wtf Fulham 💀
How shit do you have to be to let this Chelsea team do that 😵💫
Midfield invisible, Tim Ream fucking sleeping
Hahaha that looks like Ten Hag in front of Sterling
so disappointed in the Anglican church in Hong Kong. They literally put a Chinese flag right next to the pulpit in the biggest most important cathedral in the city.
"If we were to display the British flag before 1997, would there be the same volume of debate online?… mainly it’s because we have some misunderstanding of our country" said a lawmaker who's also a chaplain
ITS THE BRITISH NATIONAL CHURCH
AND BESIDES THAT STILL IS A HUGE PROBLEM
AT LEAST ENGLAND ALLOWS RELIGIOUS FREEDOM CHINA OUTLAWS BASICALLY EVERY RELIGION THAT IT DOESN'T LIKE
I find it funny that religion is often opposed by communist doctrine yet not many communist countries have a full ban of religion.
At the end of the day religion is too useful a tool to simply be left banned. And I say that as someone who is religious.
For example, look at how China's been buddy-buddying up with the Vatican recently...
That's literally some MLS quality shooting from Chelsea
Oh god are they going to get fined like Newcastle did?
Article says they won’t
Don't blame me for daydreaming, but what would you prefer between
A. UCL trophy this season
B. Invincible PL win
Rationality i'd pick Invincible season, in terms of achievement its bigger. Also it is a statement in terms of progress as it requires a consistently high level. CL is more prone to randomness.
Though there's arguments for the emotional highs that winning cups and finals bring.
Currently i'd say invincibles, ask me in May and I will probably say the CL.
Tough. Stating the obvious here but the UCL is the biggest hole in our trophy cabinet. But another invincibles title, on our 20th anniversary of the first one? I think you have to take that.
Invincible. It stands above all other achievements. And the anniversary. To go invincible in this day and age would be somehow even more insane than what's come before.
UCL, no hesitation.
Has to be B. Invincibles is an achievement that we may never see again.
Invincible is a bit harder to achieve, I definitely want to see that
Hoping Partey's back for the City game....
Thoughts on Doku vs Benny blanco?
