so disappointed in the Anglican church in Hong Kong. They literally put a Chinese flag right next to the pulpit in the biggest most important cathedral in the city.

"If we were to display the British flag before 1997, would there be the same volume of debate online?… mainly it’s because we have some misunderstanding of our country" said a lawmaker who's also a chaplain

AT LEAST ENGLAND ALLOWS RELIGIOUS FREEDOM CHINA OUTLAWS BASICALLY EVERY RELIGION THAT IT DOESN'T LIKE

I find it funny that religion is often opposed by communist doctrine yet not many communist countries have a full ban of religion.

At the end of the day religion is too useful a tool to simply be left banned. And I say that as someone who is religious.
