Can't yet, afaik, though mastodon users can follow lemmy users. I searched around a bit trying to figure out a way, and didn't find one

So looks like it's not possible at the moment? I can't seem to find a kbin/lemmy/mastadon combined client for PC or Android?
Argh, this is why I can't ever get into Linux/BSD, etc. Just so many variants, and they go through cycles on which is popular.
You can subscribe to masto users on kbin. No kbin apps yet, so you can use it only in a browser

I'm no expert here, but that looks like a Mastodon link, and Lemmy itself doesn't federate with Mastodon. They both use activity pub, but it's not the same content. I think kbin does both.
