Only jumbo shrimp? Small shrimp are okay?

So far. But I haven't really tested it much. I do know I was eating small shrimp like 3 years ago and never noticed anything. So strange. Higher concentration of shrimp I guess, lol

  1. Peel shrimps and sprinkle some paprika over them (preferebly hot)
  2. Slice some garlic in thin slices. I think I used 3 cloves for this one
  3. Put garlic and some chili flakes in a cold pan with 0.5 cm of good olive oil and start heating
  4. When the garlic start to fry, put in shrimp, and cook on one side until you can see its cooked more than half way through. Approximately 3 minutes.
  5. Flip the shrimp and take the pan off the heat

Remember som nice bread to mop up the oil 🤤

I really like your pan! Where'd you get it and what kind is it?

It's a really old cast iron that I inherited from my parents. If I'm not mistaken they might even have gotten it from my grandparents

This looks good!

Is it just shrimp and garlic or is there more to it?

Not much more, check this guy here, I think he explains it very well.
