Judging by the varying thicknesses it looks like gauging devices, most likely for sounding. Not sure why the tips are curved...but then again, I lack a penis so it's not like I'm an expert on the subject.
To put it gently there's a bend because there's a... bend. Like, you can't put a straight rod through a curved tunnel.

There’s a great skit about gatekeeping “basic” things but I can’t for the life of me remember what the comedians are called. I for one have embraced my basic bitch status - liking popular things does not make me any less interesting or worthwhile than people with less mainstream interests. 💅🏼
