... I had 5 notable issues flagged. Some of them decently simple, others problematic to fix.
Here are all the ones I got flagged on (poorly summarized) in case you want to keep an eye out for them:

Resolution is set and saved per device (correct) but UI, Inventory, and Dialogue UI scale is synced to clouded save file. This means setting a larger UI on the SteamDeck yields a larger UI on the desktop with the same save (probably not what you want)

Game uses first gamepad assigned, so if you use an external controller to the SteamDeck, the built-in controls aren't recognized. (Or at least in my case, are recognized as a local splitscreen player)

Clicking on the edit name option within the character editor doesn't automatically bring up the on-screen keyboard.

There is no default gamepad binding for switching cameras.

Screen resolution is stuck on Steam Deck's native resolution and cannot be changed. (This is technically ok)
