For the non weeb the joke here is that in Mobpsycho Reigen is the mentor of Mob the MC but Reigen is "useless " because he dont have psychic powers and fake them. But Mob who is in admiration of Reigen has real psychic power.

I actually do occasionally play dumb on purpose, especially at work if I get an annoying customer. People tend to be less angry and more sympathetic if they think you're a complete idiot stumbling through life.
I was a legend for the day I played off an irate customer with my autism symptoms.
