Rockbox was the reason I got a Sandisk Sansa, the original sansa os is pure garbage.
I used rockbox mostly for audiobooks, but because it could do bookmarks it was easy to switch between music and books.

I loved rockbox on my iPod 60GB.
I hate Rockbix so much. There is some merit in having a simple device. Customizable doesn’t always equal good. I found it ugly and way too complicated on my iPod video. It’s awesome that is exists but for devices that work perfectly fine I don’t get it
