Seems like this is a delivery mechanism for the sponsored content in the video and very little else. Additionally, he wouldn't need the sponsored content if what he is saying is true. I would not watch any more of his videos based on this one.

I would strongly encourage anyone who watches this video to hire a proper corporate lawyer instead of registering your business with a service like this one. As your business matures you will be happy to have a real human as your lawyer instead of a customer service agent.

On its own, solid all-around advice, but its also the same advice you'll get from any basic entrepeneurship course, and its being used to sell services that are available better and cheaper, elsewhere.
