This new one gives some good advice on the do's and don'ts of making a business, but I'm curious what's your opinion.

I would strongly encourage anyone who watches this video to hire a proper corporate lawyer instead of registering your business with a service like this one. As your business matures you will be happy to have a real human as your lawyer instead of a customer service agent.
