I think Accel World will always have a special place in my heart, it's my first real anime, and certainly the one I have watched the most.
However, I absolutely love How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom, the first season of that is pure gold, the second season is definitely lacking though.
The novel for How a Realistic Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom is also great, the anime does a good job staying true to the source material
Ooh. That's a tough one. There's too many to choose from that I can't really make a choice.

lucky star: it's perfect for me, cute girls and moe and lovable characters. what more can you ask for?
Top rated for me
Series that got me into anime in the first place:
- Fullmetal Alchemist (and Brotherhood), a great introduction to anime with a fantasy world and awesome cast
- Outlaw Star, like Cowboy Bebop but a bit less popular
Series I loved at the time:
- Akame ga Kill, dark fantasy with a great cast
- Angel Beats, a feel good series featuring lots of great characters
- Steins;Gate, sci-fi with fate and cute characters
- Attack on Titan, action action action - but I only watched the first season because after that I heard it got kinda bad
- Re:Zero, where I met my waifu Rem
- No Game No Life, lolis furries and Mecha girls, what more could you ask for
My favorite movies are from Studio Ghibli:
- Howl's Moving Castle, fantasy and love twirled into a great story
- Spirited Away, a coming of age story about becoming self reliant
But I also really loved:
- Your Name, best fate love story of all time
