Of course I use it when travelling, but it feels so nice to use without a cover while at home.

i don't take my kobo anywhere. I use the cover at home, because it has a strap that i can hold while reading. Also because it puts the kobo to sleep when the cover closes, which is nice.

I don't like the extra weight, so no, I don't use case at home. My reader of choice is Kobo Libra Colour, which has those side buttons so it's easy to hold without any extra straps or such. Also, as the display is recessed, it's less likely to be damaged, so I feel it doesn't need extra protection. I wouldn't put it into any kind of bag without a case, though.

Yeah. It auto sleeps when the cover is closed, which is clutch.

Yeah this is great, but the added bulk is always a bit uncomfortable.

Yup. I bought a cheap, but still nice, faux-leather cover for my nook - makes it more book-like, which I really appreciate.

No, I have a niche one and there’s only the official case (which isn’t what I want) and no real 3rd party options. I have a cheap generic hard case for when I need to put it in a bag though

No. Mine is so banged up it’s not worth it. I don’t much care though since the screen is fine.

Yes but sometimes I remove it and just use a pop socket (I got the little magnetic ring and a magnetic pop mount that works for me). Sometimes the case is too cumbersome when I'm tired.
