Refried beans, sour cream (mixed with seasonings), guacamole, diced tomatoes, cheese, and red onions and jalepenos on top.
Would you do anything different next time?
Smaller dice on the tomatoes, perhaps. Flavor was good, but it's hard to go wrong with simple ingredients. I know some folks prefer sliced olives instead of, or in addition to, jalepenos, but I didn't have any on hand at the time.
Damn this looks fire. Leaving a comment so I don't forget, but I can't wait to make this.
Looks delicious!
Looks good! A light dash of tabasco goes great with the jalapeno.
FYI, there's so many hot sauces better than that spicy vinegar-water!
Oh yeah, there's definitely a lot out there! Most of the better one's I've tried tend to be a bit thicker, while I personally prefer thinner one's for dishes like burrito bowls etc.
