as someone that has a person living in their attic ... FOR FREE, RUPERT ... I would say neither.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 2 days ago (1 children)

how friendly is the person?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Average. The roaches are also average friendliness.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 2 days ago

Do they chip in for rent?

[–] [email protected] 6 points 2 days ago

At least I know how to kill the roaches and dispose of the bodies. Plus, no one cares if I kill the roaches.

Not in this Twitterverse.

Person. Charge retroactively for rent

But what would happen to the person if they're not in my attic? I wouldn't want them to get run over by a trolley.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 3 days ago (1 children)

Um person, absolutely no question.

[–] [email protected] 11 points 3 days ago

At least I might be able to reason with them and offer food and comfort. Roaches are just like "hey there, see you in your ventilation system!".

[–] [email protected] 8 points 3 days ago

1000 persons.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 3 days ago

One might expect 1000 roaches in the attic; ain't nobody expecting a person.

A dead person, preferably - although it would be a little surprising for me as I live in a new-build.

On second thought, using that caveat 1000 dead roaches would be better.

A person because if they've been living in my attic then they must be harmless. Still calling the cops though.

Easy, roaches. I assume there are already at least 1000 in my attic.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 3 days ago

May I give you the numbers of local exterminators?

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 days ago

to think that there's probably someone in just about any city living with both.

Person

Maybe if it was 10 roaches?

Person otherwise

Do we even know if this person has outside connections?

Maybe I can hire them pennies on the dollar

I would force them to do the work that I loathe doing when I web Dev, repeatedly making pages or posts or whatever, they get a home and wage I get to live happy

I have over 1000 dubia roaches in my house already. I’m going with them.
