It is a kind of joke community. The premise is basically items you'd pitch in a surreal fever dream where you're on shark tank.
Some examples I just thought of are a bladeless lawn mower for people who want to give off the illusion their artificial grass lawn is real to trick their neighbours and selling disposable latex gloves in a Russian nesting doll style package where they're all inside each other so people don't need to buy multiple boxes of different sizes
nice, those both sound very suitable for the community.
this guy includes his pretty long testimony of how he started selling "ceiling vibrators" and offers models one two and three to thump or play bluetooth, audio or whatever.
and a video of one "working".
It's apparently a revenge-based advice, so if you are angry at your neighbors enough, the noise in your own apartment from the device might be worth it.
