Feels like a bunch of manufactured drama over this. It was a clean pass, and Norris was never able to even put a serious challenge to Leclerc, let alone Piastri afterward. McLaren has been open at saying their drivers have been allowed to race. Sure, from a team perspective it's a bit unfortunate that Piastri's move caused Norris to back off enough that he allowed Leclerc through, but since there were no team orders otherwise, Piastri did exactly what he's supposed to do.

Norris got oversteer trying to stay along with piastri on the inside. I don't think that should be classified as him backing off
