Fuck. :'(

As always, ACAB.

Yeah, they are so vague with details we know it's because they fucked up. If they had some sort of "justification" they would have all the details available to us.

They got the weapons away from him then decided to shoot him.

It makes no fucking sense at all.

Well, he was obviously guilty of the most heinous crime of being Cree. It makes perfect sense when ACAB.

The cops had came

Too much for Cree

Oh will we ever be set free

Agreed, this is why we should be allowed to arm ourselves (among other reasons)

Nothing is stopping you from being armed and living out your fantasies.

True, though it'd be nice if it were legally recognised.

Also, governments are responsible for the most murders in history (excluding actual wars.... which are also caused by governments) so wanting to protect yourself from the state isn't a massive leap in logic or conspiracy's territory.

Why would they do that? Isn't the whole point to keep you unarmed?

People are responsible. Governments are just groups of people, not some monolith hell bent on global domination and mutual destruction.

Keep waiting for the "Government" to let you protect yourself against it. I am sure "they" are getting right on that. lol

I mean, the US does it better than any other western nation, we could at least be on par with them

No thanks. I would rather not have the 'Merica cosplayers up here in Canada allowed to have an arsenal.

Considering that the US has less murders per gun than Canada does, I'm not sure issue is the guns.

It is easy to have less murders per gun when there are more guns than people.

The NRA called, they want their talking points back.

So what exactly is your argument about legally being allowed to possess the means to properly defend ourselves?

[–] [email protected] -1 points 2 months ago

I never gave an argument against, which is clear if you read my comments.

There’s a lot missing from this story before I make a snap judgment against the police.

[–] [email protected] 7 points 2 months ago (1 children)

Cops are not judges, they aren't even required to have an accurate knowledge of the law. Disarm and defund police, put the money into education, healthcare and public transit.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 2 months ago (1 children)

With a disarmed police force, who responds to weapons compliants and violent crimes?

[–] [email protected] 11 points 2 months ago

Who does now? Cops will tell you to back off and hide if you call for a home invasion.

I'm a grown adult man and I think I could take pretty much any 15 yo. For the unusual case where a 15 yo is bigger than me, I believe that with the help of another adult we could still take them down. Why would guns be needed? Why wouldn't a taser be used? Wtf.
