Just missed my ICQ account which was about 27ish years old. Ok it wasn't in frequent use.
My gmail account has been in continuous use since 2009, although I use it less now that I used to.
I've maintained my personal website at the same hosting provider since the turn of the millennium.
I think my Mail account. ~23 to 25 years

You're still using your neopets account? What's going on over there these days, I don't think I've used it since the early 00s
I personally do not play on the account but young family do. I know there are supposed to be some big changes with the 25th anniversary this year.
My RuneScape account
I still play my runescape account I made in November 2002
Technically, my Microsoft account. I created a Hotmail email account around 1997, my first ever online account. At some point, Microsoft merged my Hotmail login with their Microsoft login, and I still use it today; although I've changed the email address to a more current one. Microsoft killed Hotmail a long time ago, in favor of Outlook.

My Yahoo account has to be from at least 1999, I remember using it back in middle school.

I made my AOL mail account in 2006 and still use it. I don't use it as my primary email anymore, but I have hundreds of accounts tied to it
it was kongregate i believe until that site got basically shut down
its still up and running, but the forums are gone and the chat rooms are gone
I made my steam account in 2003 and my hotmail address is even older. Likely 2002. Its almost time for my 15 year pin in CS.
DNS reseller account I made 15 years ago. Transferred it to my corp a few years ago and still buy all my domains there.
Strangely, the oldest thing I have left is a web hosting account by Strato that I opened around 1999. My dad still uses an e-mail adress he got with his first T-Online account when the internet became available for normal households in Germany in the mid-90s.
My fark account is old enough to drive in the US. I don't think I really use much of anything that old anymore.
I had facebook from the time when it still required a .edu email, though I quit that. I lost access to my hotmail account years ago after dropping it in favor of gmail. I had IRC accounts going back into the '90s, but I almost never use IRC anymore (and certainly not on those same networks (assuming they even still exist)).

I still use a Yahoo account I created back in 95 (I think, it might be a little later).
Lots of people mentioning Neopets. I did have an account there but couldn't log back on when I tried a few years back, so I guess my account was deleted (or I've got my login details wrong)
