But at the moment I am struggling to pick up new series.
I've gotten obsessed with Surviving the Game as a Barbarian. It's been awhile since I was glued to a book and just couldn't put it down.
The MC is smart and dedicated to survival. I don't mean egghead smart. I mean logical, analytical, strategic and even street smart. If I was in his place I'd have died within a month of that world...
MC doesn't have some crazy OP skill to cruise through success. He has his knowledge of the world from obsessing over a game for a decade. He uses his knowledge well. No handouts, no assistance pop up screens, no hints. Just the world trying to kill him and he overcomes the challenges.
It's a shame that yonderstory is such a toxic platform. I can't believe Webtoon thinks it's ok to pull that shit with pricing and forced app usage.
wrong community and wrong post. But sounds interesting.
Light novels doesn't include web novels? Apologies.
Only Japanese ones. This one seems to be Korean. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Correct this is Korean. I enjoy both.
Unwanted Undead Adventurer and Let’s Get to Villainessin’ for me. Maybe I pick up Free Live Fantasy Online again. I'm back 4-5 volumes or so.
I just got done reading Villainess Level 99 Volume 6 and as usual I had a blast!I don't see anything about volume 7 but the afterword makes it seem like there will be more so here's hoping. Spoilers ahead. If you haven't read the series, give it try.
As usual, Yumiella accidentally causes trouble for Patrick but hey, he knows what he signed up for. The whole deal with the Kingdom of Twilight was also more than just window dressing, which is something I really appreciate about the series. It's not just comedy for the sake of comedy but has real progression too.
I also freaking adore Eleanora she's so pure. The bit with the Demon Lord texting Yumiella like a JK had me grinning stupidly.
Now to decide if I finish the last 4 volumes of CotE Year 1 first or the three English volumes of Tsukimichi.
