The vegan place to discuss things.

Veganism is a philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude—as far as is possible and practicable—all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of animals, humans and the environment. In dietary terms it denotes the practice of dispensing with all products derived wholly or partly from animals.

I’m wondering if Lemmy has the same traffic times as Reddit.

I'm finding it a bit hard to figure out how lemmy works, to be honest. There are some links I've posted to vegantheoryclub and I would like to share them on other vegan instances too, but I don't want to fill everyone's feed with spam.

It is a bit more technically complicated, but you will learn. You can reach other instances by posting high quality content here then that content will make its way to the popular feed where all the federated instances can see the posts. Though make sure you subscribed from those instances to this community.

I'm subscribed to vegan communities on other instances, but I'm not on a big instance myself.

That’s good because you sometimes have to make the connections to less known instance communities in order to have people see more posts from vegantheoryclub
