Hi,

I've been around at several reddit counterparts of this community and always loved to interact with the more rational people and nerd around about gear, goodies, gadgets and techniques.

Are you (mod) already spreading the word, that there is this community around? This community looks a little bit "abandoned", already 🫢.

Expect or hope for?

I'd like it to be free from hyperbolic doom posting and an endless stream of "How do I prep for x?" Posts where x is the subject of a hyperbolic doom post.

I expect it won't be.

Hey, we‘ll see if this community gets some traction and useful tips. The original mod does not respond anymore, butI added another one an we‘ll keep an eye on the community.

Currently we are not all-in on moderation but lets see, what happens 🤷‍♂️
