For "a little bit of trolling" I'd put this image:

[–] [email protected] 16 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Terrible. That still image just recovered buried memories.

You know about the upcoming epilogue? I'm not trolling and this isn't a rick roll

Are you trolling? Because I'm not

Maybe a little…. Crazy that he got $250k off of a request for $22k

[–] [email protected] 4 points 5 months ago

I backed it and watched the live stream during the end time. He is truely a geniune guy and enjoyed backing not only for the content but for original content.

I didn't realize that there were multiple episodes after the nuke one, it certainly took a turn

Don't feel guilty for saying no to Philips screws.

Square gang represent!

No. Like this ideology of putting yourself first is a bit stupid. you can't come up with univeral rules (at least ones that can be expressed in a small picture) for human interaction.

If you feel anxious but your family member needs a lift out of a sketchy party then yeah, you're a dick and should feel guilty for that. If you would have debilitating panic attacks while driving maybe not, but you're also shit if you don't call a taxi or something. We have obligations to each other. "we live in a society"

Maybe my post is a joke. Maybe you're a joke.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Anyone who spends time commenting on Lemmy is a joke.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 months ago

The real jokes were the posts we made along the way.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 5 months ago (1 children)

If they put themselves in that situation you have no obligation to help them. Not saying it isn't a good thing to do, but the idea it's an obligation to save someone from the consequences of their own decisions is whack. You're only obligation here is to make sure you don't create situations that are dangerous. If everyone followed that rule there wouldn't be a problem in the first place.

whack. I usually only see that opinion in usaians and teenaged to early twenties boys who've never been in trouble and needed help.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 months ago

What kind of thing do you even mean by a sketch party? Like a party where people do drugs or something? Been to plenty of those, they aren't inherently unsafe. Why wouldn't someone be able to call themselves a taxi? Not everyone can even drive in the first place. I certainly can't.

Does recreational arson count as trolling? By the picture I assume that's what it's talking about.

What if my mistakes directly lead to someone else getting hurt?

Cfr I clipped a motorcycle with my car a few years ago. Guy broke his leg and totaled the bike and my car. You better believe I'll feel guilty for that one until the day I die.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 5 months ago (2 children)

What mistake did you make? That's definitely relevant, since the definition of "mistake" is playing a major role.

[–] [email protected] 14 points 5 months ago (1 children)

I guess my mistake was simply not being attentive enough to the road. I wasn't speeding, I wasn't under the influence (it happened as I was trying to pull in to my work's driveway), I wasn't sleepy or tired. I simply somehow did not see the motorcycle coming towards me. There was no malice involved, nor negligence, but it's still my responsibility to pay attention to all hazards on the road and act accordingly.

Sometimes our brains don't work properly. It's ok. You've held yourself accountable. You're a bit more careful now, and so is he. That's enough - it has to be.

[–] [email protected] 9 points 5 months ago

Thanks for the kind words. I can only hope he feels the same. I wanted to reach out but my insurance advised against it.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 5 months ago

Finished him off with a tire iron and buried him in a shallow grave. Sold the bike to a scrapyard. Spent the money on whippets.

[–] [email protected] 12 points 5 months ago

I'm something of a troll myself

[–] [email protected] 12 points 5 months ago

To the right column:

If I pretend I didn't do those things, it means I can't have grown to become someone else.

Journey before destination. It can't be a journey if it doesn't have a beginning.

we do a little trolling its called we do a little trolling

[–] [email protected] 10 points 5 months ago

I appreciate very much the little bit of trolling.

Sometimes daddy can't help himself.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 5 months ago

What if I've been taking a break for 3 years?

[–] [email protected] 8 points 5 months ago* (last edited 5 months ago)

Saying no: boring

Putting your mental health first: boring

A little bit of trolling: now we're cooking with gas

[–] python 7 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Saying that is one thing, living it is another.

I'm feeling pretty shitty right now exactly because I'm putting myself first for the first time in 3 months. It sucks man, but being constantly drained and dead inside sucks too.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 5 months ago* (last edited 5 months ago)

only person who really will ever care about you is you. other peopel will say they care, but very few of them actually do. they just care about what you can do for them, and they'd gladly throw you under a bus if they felt that was in their best interest.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 5 months ago

No guilt for own mistakes? Dunno bout that

I love the phrase “a little bit of trolling” so fucking much.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 5 months ago

[–] [email protected] 3 points 5 months ago

Should feel guilty for posting a stupid meme.
