So this is legal in Commander, but [[Nearby Planet]] isn't?

Yep, notably this doesn't have all the basic land types like nearby planet does, which both means it can't produce any color with a simple tap, and also means it doesn't auto-fulfill all your domain with one land. It's not strictly worse since Nearby has the Rupture Spire pay 1 clause, but Nearby is overall way more powerful assuming you can take advantage of domain-type abilities

K so wait, can this count as one of your Urza lands for tron? Like the wording seems to say no but why specify those types then

Yes it looks like it would but it will still never tap for 2.

So with this then do you just need one Urza land and this one and then your one real Urza land can tap for two?

I believe it counts as all of them but I'm not 100% sure
