Luckypatcher is shady as fuck (a root process autostarting and doing all sorts of fancy stuff, all proprietary)
It doesn't need root, but it is shady as fuck. Thankfully, there's been no reports of malware from the official lucky patcher project... although that link doesn't look official, given the ads and popups, I got that link from my copy of the app.
I briefly looked into the revanced project to see if they had any relevant patches, as I would rather recommend FOSS solutions first, and revanced is shaping up to be lucky patcher, but FOSS, but they didn't have anything,
If your core OS doesnt have this ability I would not think anything substantial can replace that. You might want to create a separate user account under settings, if this is possible on Android Go.
But tbh these devices are likely underpowered garbage, I would get a used Google Pixel, put GrapheneOS on it and call it a day.
Naah Shelter etc do not work. Virtual Space appe like blackbox do work I am asking for them.
Read my comment again :/ I didnt talk about shelter. No idea what this is supposed to be, but its a big deviation of how Android works, so avoid it. Stuff like that needs to be supported by the underlying OS.
And please rename the post to add "Android Go"

Shelter is an app that enables a feature (work profile) on the underlying OS. Surely, Android Go has removed that (among many other features), since that's their essential concept..
Can there be any work around for Enabling it without root privileges.
I use it and have no root! For apps that require root, there's an alternative: enabling USB debugging and using Shizuku app, that's kinda like non-permanent root afaik, I used with for Cantata (debloating Android, in my case I needed to get rid of YouTube app so that New pipe can be the default app to open YouTube links... Sigh)
Brother I mean that as my device do not support Work Profile so Can there be any work around without root like with shizuku/ADB
