I installed it and everything was horrendous, I just want it uninstalled so I can get back to printing something more than spaghetti. I flashed marlin firmware for the 3d touch and I tried just removing all the files on the SD card and replacing it with the original files I'd made a copy of before changing to marlin firmware but that didn't work.

Edit I'm using an ender 3 pro (4.2.7 mainboard) without any other modifications

Edit edit fixed

Can you elaborate on what was wrong with your prints after installing? A properly configured 3DTouch will let you get an accurate bed mesh which will improve your prints, but only marginally if your bed is fairly flat to begin with. My guess would be something is off with your configuration, likely either a Z-Offset or a misconfigured mesh.

It was always either the nozzle was too close or too high no matter how much tweaking I did. I followed 3D Printscape's tutorials. I'd rather just go back to manually levelling the bed myself, my prints were all generally fine

Have you tried a repeatability test I. Your bltouch? Your mount could have to much flex in it, or you're probing too fast.

I don’t want to sound harsh, but I would suggest to figure out where you’re going wrong with the probe. Once set up properly, they take a lot of guess work out of getting the first layer right. I will never (willingly) use another printer without one.

No one is able to help you without knowing what hardware you are using

You'll have to reflash back to the original firmware. Download from https://www.creality.com/pages/download-ender-3-pro, I'm guessing "Ender-3 pro 4.2.7 mainboard firmware (32 bit)".
