So far for me it's Konosuba and Dungeon Meshi. I've already read Mushoku Tensei and I don't think I can stomach watching it animated, but I haven't really heard much about any of the other new releases.

At some point I'll probably watch Yuru Camp and Spice and Wolf, but not until more episodes come out
