As long as that remains optional, sure. I mean, an app gains trust if there is the company name and their address and these values are verified by Google.
But I don't want that for individual accounts. I don't want to publish my personal info just to check the box "has address published" with Google. And I doubt I would trust an app by an individual more of I know John Doe lives in 123 maple street.
