I didn't think it was too bad. They did give a fair bit of air-time to anti-trans viewpoints but I found their arguments vague and unconvincing. The very specific case stories were very humanising.
Which baseless claims were aired as fact?
The "22% desistance" rate in the Westmead study was immediately called out as misleading and dangerous.
I didnt see anything from Jillian Spencer or Dianna Kenny that presented as "facts" they just seemed to say they were "concerned" and that they feel "gender affirming care" is harmful but they didnt have any data. Actually everyone seems to say the other sides dont have enough evidence to back up their viewpoint.
It was pretty clear to me who was open to new evidence, and who cares more about young people. It wasn't the people speaking at rallies getting cheered on by people waving signs with hateful slogans.
Not to mention the Spencer speech was intertwined with shots of Pauline Hanson, which would have instantly discredited her for a lot of viewers.
